Once you have recognized the problem, you will want to set yourself some goals. Don’t just say: “I want to tidy up”. Set a place and a time for decluttering. For example: On Saturday morning, I am going to tidy up my wardrobe. Make a date of it by writing it on your wall calendar or in your phone and set a reminder. The more concrete the goal, the easier and quicker it will be to achieve.
