Atlas Estates again with BZ WBK bank

BZ WBK bank has signed with Atlas Estates a term-sheet agreement specifying the crediting principles for the third phase of Capital Art Apartments’ construction.

The document, which is a prerequisite to signing a proper credit agreement, confirms the positive opinion of bank’s analysts about this investments project and asa a result – makes it more credible. This is yet another cooperation between Atlas Estates and BZ WBK, as the bank is also crediting the developer’s residential estate Apartamenty przy Krasinskiego. Acquiring the financing by Atlas Estates coincides with the start of construction works by UNIBEP, general contractor responsible for the construction of Capital Art Apartments’ last two buildings.
