Atlas Estates launches autumn promotions for flats and invites for fairs

Atlas Estates has introduced autumn promotions for its flats in three residential estates in Warsaw.

In ConceptHouse Mokotow buyers of three- and four-room flats now receive a storeroom up to 4 sq. m for free and 50% rebate for a parking place. The same special offer applies to Zoliborz-based Apartamenty przy Krasinskiego and on top of that the developer will cover the cost of rearranging its big, three-room flats into four-room ones, should a client require it. For the flats from the third stage of Wola-based Capital Art Apartments, apart from special, lower prices, Atlas Estates offers a 5% rebate for flats and a storeroom up to 4 sq. m for free. All these special offers are valid until the end of October and one can learn more about them during the residential property fair “Nowy DOM, Nowe MIESZKANIE” that are taking place on September 8-9 in Warsaw’s Torwar arena.
