Atlas Estates sells luxurious Platinum Towers apartment to Caroline Wozniacki

Developer company Atlas Estates has signed an initial sales contract concerning a luxury penthouse in its Platinum Towers located in Grzybowska Street in the centre of Warsaw.

The two-level property with 218 sq. m premises will become home for Caroline Wozniacki, one of the world’s best female tennis players and the winner of 18 WTA tennis tournaments. The new owner will have at her disposal a high-class, two-storey penthouse on one of the top floors of the building, with a unique window view of Warsaw’s city centre with the Palace of Culture and Science and the surrounding business buildings complex. Within the initially planned layout the penthouse offers a living room with an open plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 86 sq. m mezzanine and an over 36 sq. m terrace. However, high flexibility in space arrangement offered by Platinum Towers allows the new owner to design the interior freely.
