The hotel offers all the amenities and facilities you may expect from such a luxurious retreat such as the Executive Lounge on the top floor, the Pistaccio Bar & Lobby with floor-to-ceiling city view, the Meza Restaurant with Polish and international cuisine, and extensive health and fitness facilities at the Holmes Place Premium Club with a wide range of fitness opportunities and spa treatments.

“The hotel and convention centre is the largest facility of its kind nationwide and ideal to host a conference, a business meeting, a function or a wedding in appealing contemporary surroundings with easy access to the Warsaw city centre and to the airport,” says Ziv Zviel, CFO of the Atlas Group. “The hotel features around 3,000 m² of event space at the adjacent convention centre, and you can select from a wide range of flexible meeting rooms. Our ballroom, called the Warsaw ballroom, is world famous.”

“When we built the hotel and convention centre, our goal was to offer business clients as well as tourists a full hotel experience at a good price. Today we can say that we succeeded,” continues Mr. Zviel.

Besides the Hilton Hotel Warsaw and Convention Centre, the Millenium Plaza, the Platinum Towers and the Capital Art Apartments are other prestigious objects of the Atlas group. The Millenium Plaza has a height of around 112 m and offers modern office space as well as six floors of shopping facilities, a fitness club, cafés and restaurants, banks, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a grocery store and an underground garage with 250 parking spaces. With 26 floors and 35,000 m² of retail and office space, it is among the ten biggest facilities of its kind in Poland.

The Platinum Towers are located in the western part of Warsaw and are a part of the Hilton Hotel complex. They stand out through their elegant architecture and high-standard furniture. There is underground parking available and an exclusive gallery with a variety of services. The 21st and 22nd floors accommodate penthouses. The Galleria Platinum Towers is a retail area located on the ground floor with 2,000 m² of service premises and 380 m² of office space.

The Capital Art Apartments are found in downtown Warsaw and are ideal for people who love the big city life. They have a subtle style and are well laid out. Cozy inner courtyards, underground parking and a fence and monitoring system make them the perfect place to live in the city centre. The Atlas Group came to life in 2006. One year later, the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre was opened. Atlas is active in all sectors of the real estate business.

The group owns and manages office buildings as well as residential buildings and two hotels – the Warsaw Hilton and another hotel in Bucharest, Romania. The group also has interests in Hungary.

Managed by CEO Reuven Havar, Atlas was awarded the 36th biggest developer in Central Eastern Europe this year. With a staff of 330, the group achieved an annual turnover of around 54 million EUR in 2011. In the coming years, Atlas will continue to focus on the real estate market in Central Eastern Europe. Poland will stay a key account.

Next year, the group is going to finish two new housing estates in Warsaw, the ConceptHouse Mokotow and the Apartments PRZY Kransinskiego.

“The ConceptHouse Mokotow premises are located in a very prestigious district of Warsaw and are great for active people who enjoy fast-paced urban life,” says Mr. Zviel. “It is located only ten minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city centre. It is close to schools, business centres, banks and the Galeria Mokotow shopping centre with restaurants and entertainment facilities. All the apartments have a practical and simple layout with a balcony. There is extra leisure space available for the residents with a gym, a sauna and a playground for kids.”

The Apartments PRZY Krasinskiego are situated in a very green area of Warsaw within a quiet surrounding. There is convenient access to city transportation, easy car access to the city, and the apartments are close to the large shopping malls Arkadia and Klif.

Altogether, the complex encompasses two buildings with a total of 303 apartments ranging from 28 to 125 m², with balconies, terraces or gardens and a green relaxing courtyard with plenty of open space. For sure, these two projects will be two more highlights in the estate portfolio of the Atlas group.
