CCV was founded by Cor van de Velden in 1958. “The enterprise’s initial focus was set on accounting and financial solutions for small organizations,” explains Pascal Vincken, managing director of CCV since 2010. “For two years now, we have been an official payment institution under the supervision of the Dutch Central Bank. Our core competence is found in the provision of electronic payment transactions with the guaranteed highest level of security in the Netherlands. Currently, we have more than 150,000 customers that benefit from our technological knowledge and high quality service.”
In addition, the enterprise offers transaction, OV portfolio, secure payment as well as broadband solutions as one-stop shop packages in either standardized or customized versions. Together with its 24/7 service center, CCV provides quick answers and solutions for many target groups.
“Our customers come from many business sectors, including health care and public transport,” says Mr. Vincken. “But with 80% of our volumes, the retail segment serves as the largest target audience.”
For the time to come, CCV strives to develop its approach to be a customer-driven company. “We are a reliable business partner and have the right solution for any entrepreneur,” states Mr. Vincken. “In the future, we want to expand our international presence in order to serve our customers.
