More safety through competence and integrity


“It is a matter of fact that security awareness has changed due to several terrorist acts within the European Union,” says Győző Bendes, Chief Advisor to the General Manager of In-Kal Zrt. “We use our knowledge and experience to brief senior executives who need a realistic overview of the safety situation of their companies or institutions. Subsequent to security awareness training, people know exactly what to do in case of an emergency. They are aware that their behaviour and reactions can significantly minimize security risks.”

The company counts international hotel chains such as Sofitel, Merkur Hotels, Ibis and Novotel, the embassies of Great Britain, Spain, Germany, South Africa and Kuwait, and multinational companies like Magyar Cukor, Dunaferr and Nestlé among its customers.

“Highly professional and reliable staff as well as state-of-the-art technology are essential to guarantee comprehensive security services,” states Mr. Bendes. “Professional assessment centers are a pivotal part of our recruitment process. We work with psychologists and provide intense and systematic training that is greatly appreciated as it is a source of inspiration and motivation. At the same time, we regularly invest in the latest technology such as a new video monitoring system to enhance our performance further. We aim to improve our services constantly. A special team of six to eight people perfectly illustrates In-Kal’s efficient approach. “Budapest has several universities, hotels and office buildings,” adds Mr. Bendes. “In case of an emergency, fast reactions are of utmost importance. To guarantee this responsiveness, we have built up a special team based in the heart of the city. It is equipped with top-notch technology such as explosives detectors and can be on-site within minutes, even before officials will be there.”
