K.I.T. Group is an internationally operating Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) with headquarters in Berlin, branch offices in Dresden, Munich, Geneva and Abu Dhabi, and representations across the globe. “Our core business is the planning and organization of conferences, meetings and exhibitions,” explains Managing Director Jocelyne Mülli. K.I.T. Group was founded in 1986. Since then, the company has developed into a preferred international partner for professional associations that has successfully organized over 2,500 congresses across five continents.

One of the largest events handled by the PCO was the International AIDS Conference with 28,000 participants in Toronto in 2006. K.I.T. Group offers complete, worldwide conference management services that are individually adapted to the customers’ requirements. “We take responsibility for everything from budget planning and follow-up to seeking sponsors, registrations and hotel bookings through to social event planning,” states Ms. Mülli. “The client can thus concentrate on the most important aspect – the event itself.” A major client of K.I.T. Group is the European Society of Cardiology. For the Society’s 2015 congress in London, the company will be responsible for organizing as many as 60,000 room nights over five congress days.

“We have many clients from the medical sector, including the World Health Summit, the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes or the European Cystic Fibrosis Society,” explains Ms. Mülli. K.I.T. Group employs 90 highly qualified specialists from various disciplines. Competent individuals are brought into the professional congress world with extensive training from K.I.T. Group. “This is why we put strong emphasis on vocational training and further education,” says Ms. Mülli. Comprising experts from 18 nationalities, K.I.T.
