Media Product has honed its craft in fair stand design, construction and service over the past 28 years and can list major international brands such as Volkswagen, Kenzo and Toshiba amongst its clients. The secret to its success is not just the innovative appearance of its stands but also the value-added services it provides.
“We don’t just design and manufacture the stand on behalf of our clients,” says Commercial Director Emilie Tailleux. “We install them for the client at the exhibition venue, provide hostesses and catering, and also collect digital data regarding stand traffic or any other parameters of interest to the client. At the end of the event, we dismantle the stand and put it into storage, ready for the next event. In this way, one stand can be used for several different events.” It is this comprehensive service that has propelled Media Product into the foremost ranks of the exhibition design sector.
The company is active in a wide variety of industry sectors and attributes its success to its ability to translate the client’s marketing strategy into a hands-on stand design. “An exhibition stand is first and foremost a means of communication and that is what we try to facilitate in our designs,” explains Ms. Tailleux. “It also has to stand out for the right reasons and create a ‘wow’ effect that will attract and impress visitors.”
Media Product has its own in-house joinery and carpentry department which is able to translate the designer’s concepts into reality. The company is also able to organize smaller events on behalf of clients, for example small display stands for supermarket events or specially adapted trailers for roadshows.
Media Product’s reputation precedes it throughout Europe, where around 15% of its six million EUR annual turnover is generated. “We have also worked on projects in Turkey, Shanghai and Australia, where the stands we designed were built by local partners,” says Ms. Tailleux. “However, our main focus is the European market, where the potential for growth remains high and demand for our stand designs is strong.”
This growth means that Media Product has now outgrown its premises and will shortly move to new, larger offices in order to meet growing demand. It is also planning to expand its presence in Paris and increase its warehouse capacity.
