We collect and use personal data of users / visitors of this website only as far as it is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services. 
This data includes the IP address, which is processed on the web server and stored for 7 days. 

2. Location of Processing

The web server that we use for displaying this website is located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

We process data on the basis of the legal foundation under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. This is a data processing based on a balancing of interests. Our interest is the smooth operation of this website in conjunction with Art. 32 GDPR to ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the data. 

If we process data based on a balancing of interests, you as a data subject have the right, taking into account the provisions of Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of personal data.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR for the execution of pre-contractual purposes. The personal data collected for the use of the contact will be deleted after the request you have posed has been dealt with.

II. In Detail: Which Data is Processed?

a. IP Addresses / Access Data

When you visit our web pages, personal data is processed to be able to display the contents of the website on your end device.

In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the device you are using needs to be processed along with further information about the browser of your end device.

We are legally obliged to also ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems.

For this purpose and out of this interest, the following data are logged:

–   IP address of the calling computer (for a maximum of 7 days), in connection with
–   the operating system of the calling computer
–   the browser version of the calling computer
–   the name of the retrieved file
–   the date and time of retrieval
–   the transmitted data volume
–   the referring URL

The IP address is deleted from all systems involved in the operation of these web pages after a maximum of 7 days. We can then no longer make any personal reference from the remaining data.

The data are also used to identify and correct errors on the web pages.

The legal basis for the processing of this data with regard to pure visitors of this website is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our interest here is ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the data processed through these web pages.

c. Web Analysis

For the purpose of statistical analysis, we use the open source tool "Matomo" for web analytics on this website. With Matomo, no data is transmitted to servers that are out of our control. Your IP address is anonymized immediately, so you remain anonymous as a user.

d. Contact Details

We provide a contact form on the website for inquiries, through which you can send us your first and last name, the email address and/or a phone number so that we can process your inquiry. 
Furthermore, you have the option to send us an email for the purpose of an inquiry. We will process this data based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR either for the fulfillment of an existing contractual relationship or for the execution of pre-contractual measures.
We store the data for as long as it is necessary to handle your inquiry. Afterwards, we will delete the data, unless a further business relationship arises from the contact.
