TPS Group focuses on technological excellence and international expansion to assert itself in aviation, defense, and precision mechanics. Through customized high-tech solutions and strategic partnerships, the company defies the challenges of the global market. Managing Director Alessandro Rosso explains how TPS ensures future growth and maintains the flexibility to respond quickly to customer requirements.

The TPS Group, an Italian company in the field of technical engineering services, has consistently established itself at an international level over the past few years. With subsidiaries in Switzerland, the USA, and Poland, TPS is well on its way to further expanding its global activities. Alessandro Rosso, CEO and Chairman of the Board, pursues ambitious growth plans for the company. "Our strategy focuses on expanding high-tech solutions, especially in the sectors of aerospace, defense, and precision mechanics," he explains. The company intends to maintain and strengthen this focus in the coming years through targeted investments.

Competitive Advantage through Innovation

A key element of the TPS Group's success story is its specialization in high-precision mechanical solutions, which find application in both the agricultural and defense sectors. In these areas, the company has actively driven projects forward over the last ten years, establishing itself in the market. "Our innovative technologies and the ability to develop specific solutions for demanding applications are our hallmark," explains Alessandro Rosso.

Targeted Youth Development as a Basis for Growth

TPS actively addresses the shortage of skilled workers by founding the TPS Training Academy, which has been preparing new talents specifically for their tasks since 2021. Customized training and practice-oriented programs create a solid foundation for future employees and promote the potential for innovative developments. "It is our concern to promote dedicated professionals and continuously develop them," emphasizes Alessandro Rosso. This training initiative creates a dynamic corporate culture that puts customer orientation and adaptability at the center. With an annual turnover of about 50 million EUR and a growing global market share, the TPS Group remains on a growth trajectory and pursues ambitious expansion goals. In addition to Europe, the company also sees promising opportunities in regions like the Middle East and North Africa. At the European Rotors fair in November 2024, TPS will present its latest developments for the aviation and medical components.
With a clear vision and a focus on technological excellence, TPS aims to sustainably expand its presence and establish itself as a leading provider in the fields of aerospace, defense, and precision mechanics. "We are ready to continually set new standards to offer our customers around the world the best solutions," summarizes Alessandro Rosso. Thus, the TPS Group is positioning itself for the future and creating the basis for sustainable success.
