From compact campervans to luxurious motorhomes: From August 28 to September 6, 2026, Düsseldorf will once again be the meeting point for the caravaning industry. More than 800 exhibitors will present vehicles, accessories, technology, and travel deals on about 250,000 square meters. August 28 is designated as Preview Day with a limited number of tickets available.

The CARAVAN SALON showcases the broad spectrum of mobile travel today. Alongside classic motorhomes and caravans, campervans, off-road vehicles, roof tents, self-conversions, and autonomous travel are playing an increasingly important role.

Visitors should keep an eye on these highlights

Off-road, roof tents, and more individuality

The development of the market is particularly visible in the new thematic areas. In halls 16 and 17, off-road capable vehicles and solutions for autonomous travel are in focus. Roof tents have their own area in hall 7a. This illustrates that mobile travel no longer starts automatically with the classic motorhome. Compact solutions, individual conversions, and flexible concepts are appealing to new target groups. Self-conversion remains a topic as well. At "Adventure Self-conversion", visitors can follow how a delivery vehicle is transformed step by step into an individual travel vehicle.
