Precise Dosing is Crucial
Interview with Nicolas Göhr, Junior Marketing and Sales at Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH
In the cleaning and treatment of process water, chemicals with different effects are often used. Precise dosing is crucial in this process. Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH has specialized in the development and manufacturing of dosing systems since its establishment in 1983. The company, based in Weingarten, offers customized solutions for various industries, especially in water treatment.
Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH combines tradition with innovation, offering its customers tailor-made solutions that are both high-quality and sustainable. The entire production takes place in Germany, which speaks for the quality and reliability of the products. "We are proud that our systems are exclusively manufactured in Weingarten," stresses Junior Marketing and Sales Nicolas Göhr.
Focus on Innovation
In recent years, Alltech has made significant advancements in product development. A highlight is the introduction of intelligent control for the proven FKM metering pumps. "Previously, the pump was manually adjustable, now we can digitally control and monitor it, which significantly improves accuracy, efficiency, and safety," says Nicolas Göhr.
Crisis-Proof Sector
Despite the challenges of the past few years, including the coronavirus pandemic, the demand for Alltech products has steadily increased. "Many of our customers are in water treatment, and this sector has proven to be relatively crisis-proof," explains Nicolas Göhr. Additionally, the increasing requirements for wastewater treatment offer growth opportunities.
Sustainable Solutions
Sustainability is not just a buzzword for Alltech but an integral part of the company philosophy. "We are certified as a WHG specialized company and place great emphasis on environmentally friendly solutions," explains Nicolas Göhr. Alltech's products actively contribute to reducing environmental burdens by providing efficient dosing systems that meet legal requirements and conserve resources.
International Potential
Alltech is also active internationally. "About 50% of our customers are from abroad, particularly from countries like Austria, Switzerland, and various Eastern European countries," reports Nicolas Göhr. This international orientation opens up new markets and opportunities for future growth. "We see great potential in wastewater treatment and will continue to invest in innovative technologies," he concludes.
