Interview with Martin Stiborski, Managing Director of BRESSNER Technology GmbH
For 30 years, BRESSNER Technology GmbH has established itself as a leading provider of industrial computers and embedded solutions in the DACH region. As a subsidiary of One Stop Systems, the company acts as a central player in Central Europe. Under the leadership of Martin Stiborski, BRESSNER offers customized industrial hardware solutions. In the interview, the managing director provides insights into the development of the company, its strategic goals and future visions.
BRESSNER Technology GmbH was founded in 1994 by Josef Bressner and started as a specialist for industrial computers. Over the years, the company has built up an extensive, broad yet highly specialized product portfolio for custom all-in-one hardware systems and components for every industrial environment. Since Josef Bressner left the company in 2018, it has been fully owned by One Stop Systems and acts as their European subsidiary. Today, BRESSNER Technology employs about 45 people and offers an extensive portfolio of over 1,500 products.
Customized Solutions and Technological Innovations
BRESSNER Technology is proud of its ability to develop customized solutions for its clients. "Our success is based on close collaboration with our clients, whom we support from the initial idea to the final implementation," explains Martin Stiborski.

"Our export quota is high and we are able to offer our products and services globally," emphasizes Martin Stiborski. "When customers come to us, it’s very important for us to advise them directly and develop roadmaps together," he further explains.
The company also places great emphasis on strengthening its own brand and customer loyalty. "We regularly attend important trade fairs such as Embedded World, SPS, and Medica to gain new customers as well as to provide personal advice to our existing customers," says the CEO.

The company is certified according to ISO 9001 and is currently working on certification according to ISO 14001 in order to meet high environmental standards in the future as well. "We want to make our contribution to sustainability and are continuously working to optimize our processes," explains Martin Stiborski.

"We have a very open and American-influenced culture with flat hierarchies," emphasizes the managing director. The company regularly organizes events and promotes exchange among employees to create a positive work environment. "We are constantly changing and facing exciting challenges," adds Martin Stiborski.
BRESSNER Technology GmbH has clear goals for the future. The company plans to continue to grow and expand its market presence internationally. "We want to bridge the gap between technical complexity and user-friendliness and establish ourselves as a link between these two worlds," says Martin Stiborski. In addition, the product range will be further expanded to include the latest technologies and the BRESSNER brand will be further developed. "There is always something new to discover and that is exactly what drives us," summarizes the managing director.
