"With this product line, we have proven our innovation capability and have become independent of external suppliers," says Giampaolo Pavone. Especially worth mentioning is the development of the balcony solar modules: a plug-and-play system, specifically designed for multi-family homes and apartments. "This system allows anyone to contribute to their own energy production without technical knowledge," he emphasizes. Germany is a key market where Energy Drive will start a new sales initiative in January 2025. Through a European e-commerce provider, these products will also be available in France and Spain.
Success Factors: Customer Proximity and Service Quality
A secret to the success of Energy Drive is the consistent focus on the needs of customers. Instead of merely offering products, the company emphasizes comprehensive consulting. "We do not just sell energy products through a catalog or online stores," explains the visionary managing director. "Our approach is personal, based on a detailed analysis of our customers' needs." The company's plans extend far beyond the current product range. The next step is the integration of energy technologies into the construction of energy-positive residential buildings. "These houses are meant to produce more energy than they consume, thus contributing to the energy transition," says Giampaolo Pavone.
