Precision, flexibility, and technological innovation characterize the modern manufacturing industry. The ability to provide customized solutions plays a crucial role. With their expertise, local roots, focus on sustainability, and digitalization, K. Moder GmbH is a sought-after partner in metal processing in northern Germany and beyond.

"My father started with one laser system – today we have four fully automated machines serving our portfolio," explains Daniel Moder, Production Manager and representative of the second generation in the family business. In addition to the automotive and agricultural machinery industries, customers also include companies from the aerospace and general metal construction sectors. With this broad setup, K. Moder GmbH feels well-equipped even in times of crisis.

Customized solutions for every need

A key success factor of K. Moder GmbH is the ability to efficiently implement individual customer requests. "Our customers appreciate our way of combining quality and speed," emphasizes Daniel Moder. From individual parts to large-series production – each request is handled in a tailored manner. Particularly noteworthy is the profound consulting that K. Moder offers to its clients: "Clients often come to us with an idea or a problem. We develop solutions for them that optimize their components, reduce costs, and make manufacturing processes more efficient," explains Daniel Moder. The company plans to further expand this concept. In addition to laser cutting, complete solutions that include mechanical processing and surface finishing will be offered in the future. "We want to provide an all-around carefree package that ranges from consulting to finished tube and profile components," explains the production planner.

Progress with Responsibility

In times of rising energy prices, K. Moder GmbH takes the issue of sustainability seriously. "Our new fiber lasers are significantly more energy-efficient than older technologies. In addition, we are working to power our production with renewable energies," explains Daniel Moder. A neighboring photovoltaic park will secure future energy supplies. Digitalization also plays a central role: A new ERP and MES system is being implemented to digitally map all processes. "Our goal is to work paperlessly and create transparency," adds Daniel Moder.
