With his extensive expertise and passion for innovation, Managing Director Bernd Jenner leads the company to new heights

As a specialist in lined and metallic fittings, Pfeiffer Chemie-Armaturenbau GmbH is an important partner for the industry. For over 50 years, the company has combined technological expertise with global presence. Managing Director Bernd Jenner talks about the transformation from a craftsman's business to an industrial company, the importance of digitalization, AI and sustainability, as well as the challenges and opportunities of the future.

Growth, Digitalization, and Future

For the coming years, Pfeiffer is focusing on digitalization, sustainability, and artificial intelligence. Through close integration with the corporation, the company is establishing automated processes and digital tools, both in manufacturing and in commercial operations. Particularly, the use of AI in data analysis is expected to enable quick, well-founded decisions. At the same time, the employee philosophy remains a central factor of success: Long-term employment of 35 years and more is a sign of a strong corporate culture. With worldwide sales offices and a targeted focus on promising areas such as hydrogen applications, the company aims to secure a leading position internationally. Pfeiffer addresses challenges such as legally planned chemical bans through proactive collaboration with politics and strategic adjustments. The future of the company is clearly defined by Bernd Jenner: "We want to be the most esteemed partner for valve technology - not just as a supplier, but as a strategic partner developing solutions and optimizing processes with our customers."

Since 1974, Pfeiffer Chemie-Armaturenbau has evolved from a craft business into a globally operating industrial company. With the vision of lining fittings with PTFE, Pfeiffer is today a leading player in the industry. As a subsidiary of Samson AG, the company benefits from a global network with 18 production sites while maintaining its independence as a medium-sized enterprise – a successful recipe that has proven effective. With 230 employees at the Kempen location and an annual turnover of around 50 million EUR, Pfeiffer relies on a broad product portfolio. In addition to the classic lined fittings, metallic variants are also offered to provide customers with comprehensive solutions from a single source. The continuous expansion and use of global production capacities make Pfeiffer resilient against market fluctuations. This strategy has already proven itself in times of crisis – the company was able to maintain stable growth even during the coronavirus pandemic.
