The name Cray is synonymous with supercomputers. The founding father of the supercomputer age, Seymour R. Cray, also founded the company that now bears his name and carries on his pioneering work. Cray Computer Deutschland GmbH is a subsidiary of Cray Inc. and has worked on computing projects including the simulations for the Large Hadron Collider experiments.
