Over the next few years, the company plans to expand its activities, especially in the area of e-commerce.

The core competence of the company is large-scale kitchen consulting and planning including repair services. In this regard, the company stands by its customers from the initial idea to the on-site installation as a competent partner.

In addition, New Gastroline offers an extensive product portfolio for private and commercial customers around the kitchen theme through its online shop Gastrodax. "Our online shop is, so to speak, a modern gastro department store," says Online Marketing Manager Nancy Vaegler.

"Our customers include chefs, waiters, innkeepers, hoteliers, and gastronomes. Currently, digital products are especially in trend, for example, combination devices from RATIONAL. "That is the future of large-scale kitchens." Solutions from the company Winterhalter are also an essential pillar of the gastro experts. In every culinary facility where culinary creations are made, there is also a need for efficient dishwashing. Likewise, fully automatic coffee machines form an important part of the service portfolio.

Rex Royal, Bartscher, and JURA are flagship brands here. Currently, Germany is the most important market for New Gastroline. In the coming period, the company aims to expand beyond the German national borders, especially through its own online shop. "We will therefore be relaunching our shop shortly," says Nancy Vaegler. "For now, we are focusing on the European market. We are already active in the DACH region. From here, we will gradually evolve. Later, we would like to expand towards Asia. Here, we already have some customers."

Growth and Internationalization

"We will also continue to concentrate on our core competencies and expand our product range around the topic of commercial kitchens," says Nancy Vaegler. "Especially our online shop, we will push forward, although we are sure that the online business can never replace the stationary business. We will therefore continue to maintain our dialogue with our customers in order to retain the personal touch of our advice. An important aspect in this is and remains our technical advice. We will continue to expand this. In the long run, we want to grow internationally.
