Tadeusz Nowicki started his professional career in the plastics industry in 1998 after 15 years in the international precious metals business with the objective to build an industrial group in Poland. Today ERGIS, the group of companies of which he is CEO and shareholder, has increased its turnover from 20 million to 150 million EUR.
