Independent family-owned company Rentschler Biopharma SE is proud of its incredible 90- year history in the production of pharmaceuticals. During the early years, the company gathered extensive experience through the development of over-the-counter and prescription medicines. In 1974 it was one of the first companies to enter the brand-new field of biotechnology, and since 1997, the high-end technology provider has focused exclusively on the development and manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals without having an own product pipeline being able to be fully dedicated to high end service business. Headquartered in Laupheim in southern Germany, Rentschler Biopharma today fulfils contracts worldwide.
